HOW WE REVIEW
Trust starts with context.
A finding is only as useful as the question it actually answers.
A question before a grade
A conclusion needs a population, an outcome, a timeframe, and identifiable sources. Its material limitation belongs next to the answer.
Understand the two reading states
A graded reference represents a completed assessment under an approved methodology. A reviewed overview can be useful while its grade is still pending. Neither state is a safety rating or a treatment recommendation.
What these labels mean in this preview
The two states are design examples. No letter grade, verified reviewer, or completed scientific review has been invented. The final app must load its approved methodology and actual review records.
Source checks and clinical review differ
Verifying a citation, independently editing a claim, and making a clinical judgment are different tasks. Attribution should tell readers which work actually occurred.
